Review - Rocket Sushi

I had to come back a second time to make sure this is actually 5 stars, and it is.
The best Japan-casual sushi I have had outside of Japan by far, especially at the price point. On the first visit we started with the small Nigiri Omakase and it had some great quality fish on it. Last night I had the toro sake Nigiri and it was definitely a premium yet big cut. The maki and such is great, but you can go here for Nigiri/Sashimi and handroll and be happy.
Outside of sushi, I've also tried the edamame, the miso soup, bacon wrapped mochi, and the cheesecake, all up to snuff considering they are all $6-8. The cheesecake is above average for anywhere in SF, I'm curious where they source it.
It is what I would consider the Tokyo conveyor standard of service, your food comes out on the rocket but humans take care of bussing and beverages very well.
